What is your return policy ?
If you have ordered an item you don't want, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of purchase. Return the items to: Honey Beads P. O. Box 8309 Fleming Island, FL 32006. Any cancelled items / orders are subject to a 20 % restocking fee. SPECIAL ORDERS, or orders of 10 or more of any item are not returnable, as our suppliers do not accept returns.
Unless you request differently, all items are shipped by the US Postal Service. Depending on the size of the order, it will be sent in a bubble mailer or priority mail box and well packaged. We do this to keep costs down and have experienced no breakage to date. Most orders for in stock items are shipped within 24 to 48 hours. If out of stock items are going to be back in stock within a week, we will ship the order / items at that time. Your credit card will not be billed until an order is shipped. If we are going to be away from the site several days for a show, or vacation we will place a message in the shopping cart area.
If you select Express Mail - Orders are not guaranteed to be in your hands in two business days. Although, you will still receive you order fast, the amount of days vary according to your area and the time the order was sent out.
How secure is it to order online at Honey Beads?
We utilize a state of the art online shopping cart service. Any information passed between the customer and Honey Beads is securely encrypted. Your order is then sent to us via the same secure encryption for a totally flawless operation. Our goal is to make sure that accidents don't happen and we employ the best means to make sure of it. Another note, from time to time we get a question about the http: // v/s https:// There is a common belief that only websites that display https: are secure sites. Again, honeybeads is a VERY secure site. You can view pages while the http:// is displayed and until you go to enter personal information in the shopping cart area (name, address, ect.) the "s" is not needed. Once you use the shopping cart system and enter personal information you will be in a https : // heading. Again, we take the security of your personal information very seriously.

Honey Beads respects your right to the privacy of the personal information you provide us on our Web site. To that end, any personal information you provide to Honey Beads will be known only to two parties: you and Honey Beads. We do not, under any circumstances release any information about anyone who buys or visits our web site.
Our customer login feature is optional and for your benefit only. The only information saved is your name and address. Credit card numbers are not stored. It is not necessary to use the log in feature to place orders, and no password is needed.
Do we ship to overseas addresses?
You betcha we do! We have shipped beads all over the world to date, and ship internationally on a daily basis. We offer two shipping options for our faraway customers. Economical Global Priority Mail shipping starts at only $5.95 and is based from there on the weight of the order, and the speedy International Express Mail starts around $24.00. Of course no claims are made on a timely delivery on either. Some countries don't offer certain mail services. In the event that a different mail option must be made, please put in the comments if you would like to go up or down on service. Your credit card will be adjusted accordingly.
